Kush Studio ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website (the "Site") and provides web design services. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what control you have over it.
We collect as little as possible. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
From the contact form, we collect only what you type into it:
From clients. If you hire us, we may additionally hold information necessary to do the work — content and images you send us, business details for your site, invoices and payment records, and any account access you choose to grant us.
What we do not collect: We do not collect payment card numbers, bank details, passwords, Social Security numbers, or any government identification through this Site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Contact form submissions are delivered to our email inbox and, depending on the form service used, may also be stored by that service. See "Third-Party Services" below.

The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, which relays submissions to our email. Our email is hosted by Google (Gmail). These providers process submissions on our behalf and handle data under their own privacy policies.
If we build and host a site for you, your hosting, domain, and any third-party services on that site are governed by those providers' policies, not ours.
As of the date above, this Site does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including using reputable service providers and limiting access to us alone. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
